29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a. On or about 11/14/2017 in the Assembly Line Area, employees were exposed to live electrical wires and terminals of a Woodhead 3000-Series Pendant Drop electrical outlet. The outlet was damaged causing the front cover to become separated from the box.
