29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guards, where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet above the floor or working level, had openings larger than one half inch: a) On or about November 7, 2017 the fan located in the Hostess Building, setup department, had the center cover plate missing thus exposing employees to the rotary blades. b) On or about November 7, 2017 the fan located in the finishing department had the center cover plate missing thus exposing employees to the rotary blades.
