29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) On the building top roof of 156 North 4th Street, Brooklyn, NY: Employees were manually hoisting a gang box from the building top roof at an unprotected edge without fall protection, and were exposed to falling approximately 25 feet. Employees believe that they were working safely and were exposed to acceptable hazards. The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required for fall protection. On or about 08/24/17.
