29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On or about August 25, 2017, the following electrical wiring was subject to abrasion. a. The Jedulson slitter joystick control box had a fitting pulled away at the bottom with wiring exposed. b. The re-winder had an electrical conduit that was separated with wiring exposed. c. The saturation room bale conveyor control box had a fitting pulled away at the bottom with wiring exposed.
