29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At 500 Newton Street, Park Hills, MO 63601, specifically inside of the Fabrication Department, three, metallic receptacle boxes providing 220 volt electrical power to fabrication machinery were not anchored to a firm surface as required by the National Electric Code 70, chapter 314.23H. This violation was noted on 07/26/17 and again on 07/27/17.
