29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) At Lot 87 East Lake Subdivision, Auburn, Alabama: On or about July 20, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a four buck high scaffold without first ensuring those employees were trained on scaffold to include but not limited to fall hazards, falling object hazards and the proper use of scaffolds exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 24 feet to the ground below.
