29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use Mud mixing area. On or about May 29, 2017, employees were exposed to corrosive materials including, but not limited to, caustic soda beads and type s lime, and were not provided with emergency eyewash and shower facilities for immediate use within the work area. Employee(s) were exposed to potential chemical burns on the skin and eyes.
