29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. On or about April 20 2017 at 63 Pierce Rd, Winder GA 30680 a) Employees used the steam cleaner flex D-71711 for detailing cars in Building C. The ground pin was broken off the attachment plug, thus exposing employees to injuries from electrical shock. b) Employees used an extension cord to power a vacuum cleaner for detailing cars in Building D. The ground pin was broken off the attachment plug, thus exposing employees to injuries from electrical shock.
