29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the B Fittings Area. The control panel for the Niagara mechanical power press had an opening where the Continuous button had been. The opening exposed employees to electrical hazards from electrical wiring.
