29 CFR 1910.263(e)(1)(viii): Verticwal dough mixer(s) were not equipped with a full enclosure over the bowl while the agitator was in motion: On or about February 24, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were operating five vertical dough mixer (loaf and round cake) machines, without the bowl guard (point of operation guard); therefore exposing the operators to nip, cut, and amputate hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
