29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(1): The employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to methylene chloride: a) Electro Chemical Engineering - 571 Sheet Application Trailer - Employees, Liner/Painters, are exposed to methylene chloride over the permissible exposure limit. The employer did not provide information and training on methylene chloride and the requirements of this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
