29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about August 16, 2016: a. On the back side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the planer blade drive chain and sprocket without a guard. b. On the west side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the pineapple feed tables chain and sprocket assemblies without a guard to cover any portion of the chain or the six sprockets. c. On the north side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the secondary stacking stick conveyor motor chain and sprocket assembly without a guard.
