29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) 2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Gemini line: Sufficient access and working space was not maintained about electrical installations including but not limited to a 208/120V 3phase circuit breaker box and electrical control unit in the corner, which were blocked from instant use by the storage of equipment and materials including but not limited to rolling carts, dough, equipment, and spare parts, observed on or about 8/10/16. b) 2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Gemini line: Sufficient access and working space was not maintained about electrical installations including but not limited to a 208/120V 3phase circuit breaker box and electrical control unit in the corner, which were blocked from instant use by the storage of equipment and materials including but not limited to rolling carts and baking boards, observed on or about 8/10/16. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
