29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) Maintenance Shop, on or about June 7, 2016, terminals entering a switch box for the Simmons Engineering Sharpener were not protective from abrasion, exposing employees to the hazard of contacting an energized source. The outer jack around the terminals was withdrawn and the terminals were resting metal.
