29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 04/14/2016, at 3150 Pete Manena Road, Westlake, LA, the employer did not ensure that a plumbed eyewash equipment was capable of delivering flushing fluid to the employees eyes on the LPSD (Large Particle Spray Dryer) platform.
