29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard(s): On and before April 11, 2016, the horizontal light curtain safeguarding at the part revolution mechanical power presses numbers 2, 4 and 14 were not adequate, in that, the openings at the bottoms and the tops would allow employee access to the dies and guide posts without activating the safeguarding.
