29 CFR 1910.119(o)(4): The employer did not promptly determine and document an appropriate response to each of the findings of the compliance audit, and document that deficiencies had been corrected: (a) 304 South Water Street, New Oxford Pennsylvania - The employer did not promptly respond to each of the findings and correct the deficiencies found during the 2014 compliance audit, on or about April 5, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
