29 CFR 1910.254(b)(4)(iv): Terminals for welding leads were not protected from accidental contact by personnel or metal objects: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards while engaging in production activities. This was most recently documented at the east side of the shop located at 731 S. Industrial Ct., Rose Hill, KS, where the terminals of the Lincoln Ideal Arc 250 Amp Stick Welder were not covered.
