29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to silica (silicosis) were trained on the signs, symptoms, adverse health effects and physical hazards of the chemicals. A & B Foundry was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 737142, citation 2 item 3 issued on May 14, 2013 and became final order on December 18, 2103.
