29 CFR 1926.502(d)(1): Personal fall arrest system connectors were not drop forged, pressed or formed steel, or made of equivalent materials: a) job site at 75 E. 21st St., Bayonne, NJ Employees connected to vertical life lines by tying a knot to their harness or around their waist. Employees were removing/installing siding from a pump jack scaffold and ladder, 25-30 feet high. Violation occurred on or about 12/11/2015.
