29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(3)(iii): Dust and debris containing asbestos containing material and presumed asbestos containing material were dry swept, shoveled or removed by other dry clean-up methods: a) Alba Services Inc., 250 5th Ave. NY, NY 10001. The employer failed to established acceptable methods of compliance to reduce the hazard of asbestos exposure. Employees were observed dry sweeping, shoveling, and transporting material from demolition of building structures, such as, but not limited to internal walls and ceiling, containing asbestos material or presumed asbestos containing material. The condition was noted on or about 11/23/15. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
