29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work in areas containing ACM or PACM is begun; employer(s) did not identify the presence, location and quantity of ACM and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section. a) On or about April, 20 2015, Local Roofing Co., Inc. did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material in the work area before work involving asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material was initiated. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
