29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about March 17, 2015, in Building #1; on the second level storage area above the Hold/Reject Area a pallet of stacked boxes was not secured against falling and collapse. A portion of the pallet hung over the edge of the platform and exposed employees to crush-by hazards.
