29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(iii): Electric equipment provided with ventilating openings was installed so that walls or other obstructions prevent the free circulation of air through the equipment: On or about October 31, 2014, and at times prior thereto, on the south wall near row-A, the 208/480V, Square D, Sorgel Transformer, Cat No. 45T3H was located approximately 2 3/4 of an inch from the wall, restricting the flow of air to the equipment, exposing employees to fire hazards.
