29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 the cabinet holding electrical controls for the pit pump was not enclosed and made water resistant. The cabinet was exposed to the rain. (b) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 a capacitor cabinet at Well House #1 was left uncovered. A water faucet and water heater were located next to the cabinet.
