29 CR 1910.119(f)(1)(iv) The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provided clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process consistent with the process safety information that addressed safety systems and their functions: a) GEA/FES ammonia refrigeration system: The SOP OPS-10A for LK 18 and LK19 spiral air units, did not discuss the safety systems, such as, but not limited to, temperature and pressure alarms and the hot gas interlocks, on or about 10/10/17. b) Frick ammonia refrigeration system: The SOPs RESOP 17-20 SP1 C1-4 Spiral Freezer Coils, did not discuss the safety systems, such as, but not limited to, the hot gas interlocks, on or about 10/10/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
