29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: a) On or about October 29, 2011, and at times prior, Continental Resources, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that Cyclone Drilling, Inc., a subcontractor, protected their employees from injury in that, several flexible cords throughout the site were hung using tie wire.
