29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. Door 35 - On or about December 20, 2022, the flexible extension cord was routed through the overhead door 38 and then was pinched in the truck door of truck 1776865 had pulled strain relief at the plug head, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. b. Door 38 - On or about December 20, 2022, the flexible cord for the door light had a replacement plug head with pulled strain relief, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. c. Shipping - On or about December 20, 2022, the flexible power charging cord for the Toyota EJ031 had pulled strain relief from the plug head, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. d. Door 124 - On or about December 20, 2022, the strain relief was pulled from the junction box for the conveyor, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. e. Battery Charging Area - On or about December 20, 2022, the battery charging cable plugged into receptacle RCH-3 #21 had pulled strain relief, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. f. Battery Charging Area - On or about December 20, 2022, the battery charging cable plugged into receptacle BCH1 #15 had pulled strain relief, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
