29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a)On or about May 13, 2024, and at times prior, a flexible electrical cable was used as a substitute for fixed wiring in that, the Grizzly G0451 Sliding Table Saw was powered with a 220V flexible extension cable and has been so for several months. This condition exposed the employee to electrical burns and shock hazards.
