29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a)Protective Coating Specialists, Inc. at 1350 7th Street Northwest, Huron, SD 57350: On or about and at times prior to November 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees performing work in the vicinity of the West Lines Loading area were exposed to caught in hazards in that the Pacline Overhead Conveyor chain and sprocket were not enclosed. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
