(a) At the facility; On or about and times prior to April 22, 2021; the employer did not ensure all workplace surfaces were as free as practicable of the accumulation of lead, exposing the employees to lead hazards. Wipe samples were collected on April 22, 2021 and April 26, 2021 with the following results: a. Bottom of stair rail in back of the building - 6155.400 milligrams per 100 square centimeters b.
