29 CFR 1910.1027(k)(4): HEPA-filtered vacuuming equipment or equally effective filtration methods were not used for vacuuming: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to cadmium hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities were exposed to cadmium hazards in that the employer did provide HEPA filters for the shop vacuums that were used to clean around the shop area.
