29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a) Compounding/Blending Area: Employees are required to wear full facepiece dual cartridge air-purifying respirators during blending and mixing operations. The employer did not provide training prior to allowing employees to wear respirators, on or about 12/12/17 and 12/19/17.
