29 CFR 1910.1025 (i) (3)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees who were required to shower per 29 CFR 1910.1025 (i) (3) (i) did not leave the workplace wearing any clothing or equipment worn during the work shift: 900 Jeffco Executive Drive, Imperial: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees who are exposed to lead above the permissible exposure level of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air are not prevented from leaving the workplace wearing any clothing worn during the work shift. On or about 11/07/2017 an employee who was the "trainer" was exposed to airborne lead at twice the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms of lead per cubic meter of air as determined by personal air sampling conducted by OSHA. The exposure level obtained was 110 micrograms of air borne lead per cubic meter of air calculated on 8-hour time weighted average basis. Sampling was conducted for 306 minutes. The employee was not required to change his clothing and did not change the clothing worn during the work shift.
