Employees performed carpentry, laminate countertop fabrication, and spray finishing tasks. The employer had not provided information or training on hazardous chemicals in the work area, including but not limited to the following: 1. Sherwin Williams Sher-Wood Water Conversion Varnish; 2. Lacquer thinner; 3. Wood dust; 4. DAP Plastic Wood; 5. DAP Crack Shot; 6. WilsonArt 950 adhesive; and 7. Propane.
