29 CFR 1910.119(g)(3): The employer did not ascertain that each employee involved in operating a process has received and understood the training required by this paragraph and prepare a record which contains the identity of the employee, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the employee understood the training: a) Old Acid Room Area - The employer did not document that all employees received and understood training on the formaldehyde loading system, on or about September 26, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
