29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each junction box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a)On or about May 13, 2024 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure an electrical junction box located on the Delta drill press, Serial # 9111 was not provided with a cover. The junction box had exposed energized wires and wire nuts covering splices. This condition exposed employees to energized conductors and burns and electrical shock injuries.
