29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(2)(ii): Shoveling, sweeping or brushing methods were used to remove lead accumulations where vacuuming or other equally effective methods were available and feasible: At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 (Refinery) - On or about 27 March 2024, employees of The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to lead hazards as dry sweeping was taking place through the facility where vacuuming or other relevant methods could be used.
