29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) On our about October 3, 2023 and times prior thereto, where the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required Safety Data Sheet for the chemicals found on site such as but not limited to Crown (Acetone), UN 3105 (Corrosive), Polylite TLP 33234-24 (Resin), and Lilly RAM Gel Coat, Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide and did not ensure the Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible in their work areas in case of an emergency.
