29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC 201 at North Richmond Street, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from electrical hazards in that a conductor running into a junction box located on the southwest side of the Thiele Machine in the production area had 3-inches of exposed wire. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
