29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: Location: 2324 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06705 - On or about September 7, 2022, the employer had not established and implemented a written silica control plan for occupational exposure to respirable crystalline silica. Three employees were directed to tuckpoint (Table 1, Task xi) the exterior stone walls of a mausoleum.
