29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Alchemy-Spectec, LLC - 4508 Bibb Boulevard, Tucker, GA - Employees handle hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Poly-G 30-238, Sundex 840, Polyol 14730, UN2735, Diethylene Glycol Tech, Polymeric MDI, Addocat 118, Millioonate MR-200, Dabco BL-19, Sundex 840, Dabco BL 1, Toyocat-D60, Toyocat-DM70, during the production and blending of chemicals. Employee training had not been conducted, on or about 06/25/21.
