29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(4)(i):When ventilation was used to control exposure to lead, measurements which demonstrate the effectiveness of the system in controlling exposure, were not made at least every three months. (a) At the facility; On or about and times prior to April 22, 2021, employees performing cleaning and maintenance of the range and auger room were exposed to lead and arsenic and the employer did not record measurements of capture velocity, duct velocity, or static pressure at least every 3 months to ensure the effectiveness of the ventilation system were taken, exposing employees to lead and arsenic hazards.
