29 CFR 1910.243(c)(4):The top half of the wheel of portable grinding machine(s) was not enclosed: (a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303. On 3/31/2021 and at times prior, the employer failed to install a wheel guard on a DeWalt DWE4012 angle grinder. While using the angle grinder, employees were exposed to struck by hazards.
