29 CFR 1910.253(d)(4)(iii): Station outlets were not marked to indicate the name of the gas: On or about March 31, 2021 and at times prior, at the yard for torch cutting metal, station outlets of the oxygen manifold, where cutting torch hoses were connected, were not marked for oxygen. Employees were exposed to fire hazards during torch cutting operations.
