29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Southern Wood Components, LLC - On January 8, 2020 and times prior the employer did not training to employees are required to handle chemicals classified as oxidizing gases, highly flammable liquids, extremely flammable aerosols, corrosive agents and other hazardous materials such as but not limited to the following: Oxygen, 3M Brand Black Super Weather-strip Adhesive, White Lithium Grease, CRC Brakleen Brake parts cleaner and Bondo® Fiberglass Resin.
