29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:(a) a) The Post, SN- 593: On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that the chain and sprocket were fully enclosed, Employees engaged in the manufacturing process were exposed to hazards including but not limited to being caught in moving parts while walking from one side of the machine to the other and operating the equipment.
