Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, press pad area, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: The two-inch inclined shaft use to transmit power for the auger that coveys grapes from the hopper to the crusher machine was not guarded. The horizontal shaft was 73.5-inches from ground level.
