29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(K): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the procedure to follow if an exposure incident occurred, including the method of reporting the incident or the medical follow-up that would be made available: a) Throughout facility: The bloodborne pathogen training program for dental assistant and dental hygienist employees who were exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials did not contain information on the method to report the incident or the medical follow-up that would be made available, on or about 7/18/16. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
