29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) Ark Woodworks Inc, at 878 Baseline Place, Brighton, CO: On and preceding 4/4/16, the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Employees performed carpentry, laminate countertop fabrication, and spray finishing tasks. The employer did not maintain safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in the work area, including but not limited to the following: 1. Sherwin Williams Sher-Wood Water Conversion Varnish; 2. Lacquer thinner; 3. Wood dust; 4. DAP Plastic Wood; 5. DAP Crack Shot; 6. WilsonArt 950 adhesive; and 7. Propane.
